The authorized means of payment to acquire a work by Solomon ROSSINE are : Paypal, credit card and bank transfer. The transactions are 100% secure. Cash payments are not accepted. Refunds are made only on conditions, the works sold being unique original pieces and therefore, not exchangeable.
